Three days late is still very early, UPT can be unreliable at this point, so don't stress too much based on one test alone. Jom go see your doctor or clinic to confirm properly, they can do a blood test which is way more accurate than a home kit. A few of us mums have gone through this and the waiting is the hardest part, I know! Keep me posted okay, sending you calm vibes!
