Cucuk dexa, bsp naik

Eh normal je, lah! Blood sugar naik sikit after dexa injection adalah expected sebab dexa adalah steroid, so memang boleh spike glucose level especially kalau ada diabetes or prediabetes. A few of my mum friends yang kena dexa for inflammation juga experience the same thing, takde lah yang panic sangat. Just monitor your readings la for a few days, and try to makan sikit lebih careful (less carbs, more protein and fibre) sampai it stabilises balik. Tapi kalau BSP terus naik for more than a few days or jadi very high, better check with your doctor just to make sure semua okay, especially if you're on diabetic medications.
