5 weeks pregnant with no symptoms

Hi ladies, I am 5 weeks pregnant but I have no symptoms except the missed period. No sore breasts, no nausea. Should I be worried? #advicepls

Omg i am the same. Only positive kit tested but no other symptoms at all! Doesn’t feels like I’m pregnant and i’m worried because this is my rainbow baby. 🥺
