Hi ladies,
Im a working mummy and have been under abit of stress. I realised my headaches can get so horrible and it affects my work and driving.
Any advice to overcome this please?

Hello mommy! For me, I play soothing music before and during bedtime. I personally feel so much relax after a long day at work. Also, I asked my husband to give me a quick massage to relax my body and mind.
Do something you like and makes you happy! It would help :)
