Hey mama! Congrats on your first pregnancy, this is such an exciting phase! Honestly, every mama feels different kaya don't worry kung ang experience mo ay iba sa iba, some of us felt super energized first trimester, iba naman feel ko like I'm dragging myself around the whole time haha. A few of my mum friends said the emotions were the wildest part, laging tearful or irritable, tapos the physical stuff like nausea, back pain, swollen feet, lahat ng ito normal lang talaga. What matters is you listen to your body and don't hesitate to ask your OB if something feels off, yun yung natutuhan ko, no symptom is "too small" to mention. How far along are you na, mama?
