Do you know if all private schools have time in/time out for students and parents would get notification via SMS?

I'm just not sure if all private schools practice this. Pero I know ung big private school dito samin does that. Yung anak ng officemate ko get a text message pag nakapasok na ung anak nya sa gate.

Southmansfield, the school here near our house has that I think.
