Alah, 13 minggu dah okay lah! Most of my mum friends say that once you enter the second trimester, it's generally safe to be intimate with your husband, the risk is much lower compared to the first trimester. The key things are: communicate with your suami about how you're feeling, choose positions that are comfortable and don't put pressure on your perut, go slow and gentle, and use some lubrication if needed. A few of us also made sure to check with our doctor first just to be safe, especially if there's any history of complications. Definitely worth discussing it with your gynae or midwife to make sure everything is okay for your specific situation!
