Kiddo hates milk n I have tried everything from Horlicks to smoothies to chocolate but nothing works.Is milk really necessary?Can't give paneer n spinach etc everyday so how would she get her calcium requirement?

Well! If your kid is rejecting milk and no way of making him drink is working, you better leave it and focus on other dairy products that he likes to have. It can be substituted with paneer, yogurt, egg yolk, salmons, tuna.
