Romper - can it be fixed?

My kid has a few rompers, which the shoulder part seems to be over-stretched. So, it's always hanging off at one side from the shoulder, like the picture. When my kid stands up, the romper is ok and length wise it fits well. Asking for help or tips, can this romper be saved? #advicepls #pleasehelp #firsttimemom
