Hard to fall asleep

My kid 3yo. Always take an hour to fall asleep at night (At least 30 min). Any suggestions to help him?? #sleepingissues #sleepinglate #hardtofallasleep

same for my kids .. I off all the lights . me n hub no hp when putting them to sleep .. they will be active for about an hour till need to settle them down , talk to them syg them nicely to lie down together then they will sleep
