Mucus plug

Ahhh lepas mucus plug keluar tapi takde contractions lagi, memang boleh jadi macam tu! A few of my mum friends pun experienced the same, some took a few more days baru actual labour starts, ada pula yang suddenly got contractions tengah malam. Timing memang unpredictable, tapi since you're at that stage, better message your doctor or midwife just to confirm everything's progressing okay, especially if you're not sure about other signs. Keep an eye out for contractions yang regular or any bleeding, and try to rest sebab labour boleh datang anytime now!
