Ahhh, 39 weeks dah! Lendir putih/jernih tu memang boleh jadi tanda, tapi lepas itu boleh ambil berminggu-minggu lagi, a few of my mum friends had that happening on and off before the actual labour came Sakit pinggang yang jarang-jarang tu jugak normal at this stage, but since you're almost there and this is your first time, better check with your doctor or midwife to confirm where you're at dengan cervix dilation and all that, just to be sure everything on track!
