One of my mum friends had the same situation at 20+ weeks, at she ended up delivering naturally kasi by third trimester ang placenta moved up pa more. Ang cervix mo ay clear na for vaginal delivery (yay!), pero kailangan mo pa rin ng close monitoring through your remaining ultrasounds para siguruhing nananatili itong safe, some pregnancies need adjustments depending on kung paano mag-progress, pero most of the time ito ay very reassuring diagnosis compared sa praevia. Your ate might be overthinking, CS ay hindi automatic dito, pero definitely worth asking your OB/GYN directly kung ano talaga ang plan nila based sa your latest ultrasound findings at kung ano na man ang goal positioning.
