Hilot after NSD

Hi mama! Siguro best to ask your OB muna about the timing, basta ang alam ko from my friends, most doctors say okay na mag-hilot after 2-4 weeks ng normal delivery, pero depende sa healing mo talaga. Tungkol sa IUD, I'd really recommend checking with your doctor din kasi sila ang makakasabi kung safe ang pressure ng hilot with your specific IUD placement, better safe than sorry, di ba? One of my mum friends regretted not asking, kaya ask away, walang katapatan sa health.
