CS delivery 20days

Ay, 20 days pa lang so rest ka pa talaga! Honestly, a few of us moms tried going back that early after CS and sobrang hirap, your body is still healing and ang stress ng pumunta sa office with the lack of sleep from newborn care, hindi talaga ideal. Talk to your OB about when you're cleared to go back, but usually doctors suggest at least 6 weeks para sa CS bago mag-work, especially kung physically demanding ang job mo or mahaba ang commute.
