Jahitan episiotomi dah sembuh, darah nifas pun dh tinggal sikit².. Tapi lepas buat tangas, ada rasa sakit di bahagian dalam ari² rasa mencucuk sekejap².. Normal ke?

Honestly, this is worth checking with your gynae or postnatal clinic sebab sharp shooting pain macam tu after 30+ days, especially after activity, tak boleh main-main, could be scar tissue settling or something else yang kena monitor properly lah. A few of my mum friends had similar experiences and their doctors said it was normal healing, tapi better safe than sorry, so jangan delay the checkup ye.
