Am i pregnant?

I’ve missed my period for 2 weeks, had brown discharge and spotting for 2-3days 2 weeks back (during the supposedly menses period), and took PT but was negative. Have been feeling light headed, nauseous, tired and sleep nowadays. Am i pregnant? Should i see a GP? #ttc #adviceplease
