Is it ok to use Nivea deodorant during first tri?

I’ve been using Nivea deodorant for the longest time before pregnancy. Wanted to check if it’s ok to continue using the roll on Nivea deo? Unsure as I read some articles mentioning that we should be careful of deodorants…

I totally get the worry, especially when you've been loyal to a product for so long! From what I've generally heard, Nivea roll-on deodorants are considered safe to use during pregnancy, most mums around me have continued with their usual deodorants without issues, and Nivea's formulations don't typically contain the ingredients doctors flag (like aluminium in antiperspirants, though it's pretty debated anyway). That said, pregnancy does make you more sensitive sometimes, so if you notice any irritation or feel uncertain, it's worth doing a quick check-in with your gynae or doctor just to put your mind at ease, they know your full health picture and can give you peace of mind specific to your pregnancy. Since you've been using it forever and it works well for you, there's probably no need to switch unless something feels off!
