Isit safe to consume TCM herbs during pregnancy? I have been seeing my TCM before pregnancy and now. Please advice

So long as your tcm dr knows about your pregnancy, it is safe to consume. They will give those herbs that are safe for pregnant mum to consume. I went for tcm throughout my pregnancy journey and I never regret as my baby girl is a healthy, strong and active girl.
