Dishwasher

Honestly, I think it's totally fine to use one dishwasher for both! The hot water in a dishwasher actually kills more bacteria than hand-washing anyway, so your cat bowls are probably safer run through there than in the sink, a few mums I know were actually surprised to learn that. For baby bottles and pump parts, just make sure they're dishwasher-safe (check the labels), and run them on a hot cycle; someone in my mum group mentioned a countertop dishwasher gave her way more capacity than those tiny bottle sterilizers, which was really practical for washing everything together. The main thing is keeping everything clean before it goes in, and separating any really soiled pet stuff if it looks particularly grotty, but otherwise, one machine doing both jobs is genuinely more efficient and hygienic. That said, it's worth checking with your child's doctor if you have any specific concerns about your baby's setup, just to be on the safe side!
