Eh sayang, abdominal pain during pregnancy kena check dengan doctor ya, especially if it's sharp or persistent macam ni. Jangan tunggu, go see your gynae or go to the clinic/emergency just to be safe, okay? 3 months tu still early stage, so better to get it checked properly than worry sendiri. A few of my mum friends pernah alami similar things, some okay je, but the doctor needs to examine you personally la. Take care and keep me posted!
