Alang-alang kencing dan berak dia okay, tu dah good sign lah, means dia dapat cukup susu! Tapi kalau dia minum terlalu kerap dalam waktu singkat, boleh jadi dia sebenarnya tak lapar, cuma mencari comfort (sucking for soothing), jadi observe je apakah dia actually swallowing atau just sucking slowly, a few of my mum friends noticed their babies do this when they just nak comfort, bukan really hungry. If you're worried about overfeeding or dia acting uncomfortable (bloated, gassy, spitting up banyak), best to check with your pediatrician cuz every baby's appetite berbeza, and they can guide you on the right amount for his age.
