Wah, gigi sakit masa pregnant memang tak best lah! Gusi bengkak biasanya sebab hormonal changes, a few of my mum friends experienced the same thing around that stage, and honestly dental visit is really important sekarang jugak, jangan delay sebab infection boleh complicate things. For baby movements at 21 weeks, some people feel earlier some later je, tapi since you're worried about other things, boleh mention to your doctor when you go check your teeth, they can reassure you on both fronts. In the meantime try gently brush and floss, and maybe gargle with salt water to help with the swelling a bit!
