Aww sayang, tu mmg scary situation. Spotting in early pregnancy memang boleh happen (especially around implantation or hormone changes), tapi since dah ada on-off bleeding, best you follow up closely dengan doctor, maybe ask if they want you to come in sooner than 2 months, just untuk peace of mind dan check hormone levels ke, ultrasound ke, depending on how much bleeding.
