Do I need to see a Maternal Fetal Medicine doctor or just a regular OB for normal pregnancy?

Here in the PH, do I need to see a Maternal Fetal Medical doctor or just a regular OB if im having a normal pregnancy naman? Just want a medical and practical opinion on this. There are two OBs in my small hometown and one is a regular OB and the other one is an MFM specialist. Do I need to see the MFM one or the regular OB? Will there be a huge difference since I am having a normal and smooth sailing pregnancy naman? Also on the practical side, malaki ba ang difference ng PF ng OBGYNE sa MFM? Thanks in advance!
