Eh sayang, please go see your doctor or go to the clinic today itself, sudden changes like this during pregnancy need to be checked out, okay? Even if it turns out nothing serious, better safe than sorry at 7 weeks. A few of my mum friends did mention their symptoms came and went in the early weeks, but honestly when things suddenly stop macam tu, it's worth getting checked by your gynae just to make sure everything is good with baby. Don't worry lah, could be many reasons, but you know lah, pregnancy, we just want peace of mind! Keep me posted ya
