Breast pump not effectively in clearing milk

I’m using spectra S1+ the pump is working well, but it does not clear my breast effectively. After a 30 - 40 mins pump, I can still hand express a significant amount. Had already massage before and between pumps, make sure ducts are not block and it’s still not working. #advicepls

i don't really have an advice but i think that's normal when using pump i remembered having to hand express for 1hr to feel relieved. i only have this issue with my left side. maybe you can try hand express while pumping? i saw a video that shows pump + hand express at the same time gives more output than just pump alone.
