Worried all the time

I’m still in my first trimester, and I’m worried about baby all the time! No bleeding or spotting but I feel like my stomach is cramping, and nauseous. Does anyone else feel like me? Currently at week 7 and my next appt is only at week 10. #firsttimemom #advicepls

Me too. I m worried all the time as I had almost no symptoms other than sleepiness. No bleeding or spotting. I keep testing every week to make myself feel better. My scan is next week.
