pengalaman ada helper?

hi. im a new mom. terfikir utk hire helper to take care of my son i/o send to pengasuh lepas i abis cuti maternity nnt. tp risau sbb macam2 berlaku skrg ni. boleh share pendapat tak momies out there? tqq

I'm working mummy. I didn't hv experience hire helper, but sy hantar ke pengasuh. habis pantang, I did research pengasuh2 yg ada dkt kwsn sy...sbb I'm not from that area. I listed down beberapa org, then pm individually (tanya dh berapa lama mengasuh, berapa ank asuhan, bayaran upah mcm mana). then I will dtg tgk rumah pengasuh and borak2 dgn bakal pengasuh (nk tgk environment). sbb my mum also mengasuh back in hometown. so I learn what parents will check before sending their child to pengasuh.

I sent from 3 months till now 1y1m. tp bertukar pengasuh masa 7 months sbb pengasuh lama pregnant. the current pengasuh ada 3 org anak asuhan termasuk my toddler, but the other 2 dh besar (3y & 4y)..and salah sorg parents kerja shift. tiap kali hntr and balik my toddler nmpk happy so sy ok saja.
