Pregnancy with long distance

Hey. I'm german and my wife is malaysian. We are 2 years together. The last visit to Germany *we* got pregnant. Tho her trip was quite short she's now back in malaysia. Currently we working on the permanent residence for Germany. My wife now pregnant and I'm here now in Germany. Do you guys have any tips how I can help her through the pregnancy, at least for the few first weeks until she got her Permanent residence and move with me here? #advicepls
