Are cramps and constipation normal in early pregnancy?

I’m five weeks in and getting aches and cramps at my abdominal area. Sometimes just a dull ache and today’s it’s a bit more like period cramps. Should I be concerned? Also, anyone feels like they are suffering from constipation this early in? First time being pregnant so I’m filled with anxiety and questions hahaha thanks for all the help in advance!
