Vomiting & diarrhoea

Hi! Im experiencing extreme vomiting and sometimes i had diarrhea in the morning or rather loose/ watery stools. I lost weight so much, now im 46.6kg. Do i have to be worried bout this situation im in right now. Im stressed out cause i cant seem to get food or water down for a long time. It would just come out after half n hour atleast.
