Mommy, 3cm is good progress pero hindi pa full dilation para manganak, kailangan mo ng 10cm pa! Since may contractions ka na, it could mean your body is getting ready, pero since your OB sent you home, that means hindi pa urgent. Pero mommy, if the contractions get really painful, closer together, or may bleeding/fluid leakage, go to the hospital right away ha, don't wait. A few of my mum friends were also in this "early labor" phase for days pa before actual delivery, so rest when you can and stay hydrated.
