Hemorrhoids during third trimester
Hello. I'm currently 34 weeks now. And this is my second pregnacy. Due date ko is march 3. Sino po kaya may same case sakin dito. Nagkaroon kase ako ng almoranas sa first born ko. And nagwoworry talaga ako. 😭😭 Sana kaya i-normal delivery. 😭🙏
Ayyy sis, totally get your worry! Honestly, almoranas sa third trimester ay super common talaga, a few of my mum friends had them with both pregnancies, kaya you're not alone dito. The good news is, it doesn't mean you can't have a normal delivery; most of us na may almoranas pa rin nag-deliver normally kahit ano pa. What I've heard works is staying hydrated, eating lots ng fiber (leafy greens, fruits), at taking stool softeners if your OB approves, kasi ang main culprit talaga ay constipation, hindi ang pregnancy itself. Some relief din comes from warm sitz baths or cold compresses when you need them. But definitely talk to your OB about it before delivery, para may plan siya kung kailangan ng extra care during labor, most doctors are used to managing this, no worries. You've got this, mama!
