Shortness of breath and hyperacidity/heartburn

I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant palang pero yung shortness of breath, hyperacidity and heartburn almost from time to time kong nararanasan. Any tips on how you handled these situations?

same po. grabe ung acidity talaga. ang sakit sa sikmura nakakaiyak na lang. 9weeks here. sana mawala na sa 2nd tri.
