Cravings of sashimi and salmon ikura

Hi! Im about 10 weeks pregnant and I've been desperately craving sashimi and salmon ikura. I've ate grilled salmon but it didnt satisfy my cravings and I vomitted it out after an hour. Some online articles I've read is to stay away from raw food but there are some online that says its safe to eat in moderation. Please let me know which is the best option? Thank you!
