Is it okay to take cetirizine?

Hello, I'm 9 weeks pregnant today and before being pregnant nagtake ako ng cetirizine once daily kasi allergic ako sa malalansa and due to hormonal imbalance kaya sobra yung skin rashes and colds ko. Tho, I'm worried kasi ayaw akong pagtake-in ng OB ko ng meds na yun; pag di ako nagtake ng gamot nagcause ng malalaking pantal and malala na sipon at parang naninikip throat ko. Any recommendations or suggestions po na pwede ko itake for my allergies? Or does anyone experienced this during their pregnancy po?
