Ganilia soft gel

Hi, I’m 8 months postpartum. I still have quite a lot of Ganilia soft gel prenatal vitamins. Wondering if I can still take it. It says for pregnancy and lactation, I’m still breastfeeding. So not sure if can still take. #pleasehelp

you can consume it even after deliver, it's good for lactation also
