Folic acid side effects

Hello! I’m 7 weeks pregnant and on prescribed folic acid but it’s giving me really bad side effects like nausea, loss of appetite, gastric, bloating and trouble sleeping. I didn’t get morning sickness or aversion to food prior, any advice? My first appointment is on 20 feb.
