Backaches at 1st trimester

Im at 7 weeks day 5. Already i fully vomit out my LJS meal after smelling a fruit with a strong scent. Could not take it. Then after that i have a backache that drove me crazy. I just took paracetamol for this. Seems unbearable for now. I need rest. Anyone got it as well?

I had bad morning sickness when I'm 7 weeks going on 8th wk. Even lost 1kg, coz anything that triggers my nausea I will vomit. Went back to Gynae did a walk-in and ask if dr can prescribed meds. I tried not to depend on it and only take it when necessary. Was given 3 days MC and I really hibernate and eat the food that I can take in😅. She also did a scan just to make sure baby's fine. You can get through this momma💪🏽hang in there. For backaches, I got no choice but asked my hubby to massage when he can. 😅😅
