bleeding and no heartbeat at 6 weeks

Hi, im 6 weeks supposed to b going 7 weeks pregnant and i have slight bleeding and went to A&E. My gynae said there is no heart beat, bby too small and suspected missed misscarriage and have to come back for another 2 more week to scan. This is my 2nd oppinion doc though. The first one was at KK, and current one is at mount e.
