5 weeks 2 days pregnant, no symptoms

I'm 5 weeks pregnant with my second, but I do not have symptoms other than occasional sore boobs, dizziness and tired by evening. This is the complete opposite of my 1st where I was throwing up from the early weeks. I have yet to see my gynea. Should I be concerned?

im 5 weeks 4 days, no symptoms too! just get tired easily at times. dont worry :)
