Mama, at 38 weeks with that much back and hip pain, please check with your OB right away, hindi dapat ganitong saket na, kailangan nila makita ka agad para siguraduhin lahat ay okay. A few of us mums swear by prenatal massage or just resting with a pregnancy pillow under your belly and between your knees para relief, pero hindi ito substitute sa doctor visit, better to get clearance from your OB first so they can check if there's anything else going on.
