Swollen fingers

So I'm 36 weeks. This past few days na notice ko na nataba fingers ko. It's hard to move them in the morning, like masakit siya imove I have to practice close open with them until mawala yung sakit. Is this a sign of complications? My next check up is this coming Saturday pa eh.
