Third tri and keeps waking up in MOTN

I’m at 29w+2 now and recently i kept getting woken by in the middle of the night because of my baby’s kicks 🥲 then i can’t fall back to sleep until hours later… is this normal? does it mean my baby will be more active at night after born?

this is normal. insomnia is very common in the third trimester so don’t be too hard on yourself.
