Im experiencing High pitched sound when I breathe out....

Im 29 weeks pregnant and Im having a hard time sleeping coz i cant breath unless I lay on my back and then I hear a high pitch sound I make when I breath out specially if i sleep sideway. It keeps me awake and bothered. It there any remedy for this? I dont have asthma but I do have Sinusitis...
