Vitamins Change.

So, Im 28 weeks pregnant and my usual vitamins are Obimin plus, Calciumade and Omega 3. But after, I reached my 28th week chinange ng OB ko yung vitamins ko. It becomes Ferous [ Surbefur], Milkca , Omega 3, and Fern D. I checked each content and I see na more on bone nutrients ang pinapatake nya and nawala na si Obimin which has the most content needed for pregnant woman. Do I need to change my vitamins or should I stick nlng those na hiyang sa akin at dagdag ko nlng si ferrous at fern d? Need advice.
