Swelling of vagina

I'm 28 weeks pregnant and the right part of my vulva has extremely swell that it's really uncomfortable to sit and pee. I don't feel pain while urinating and my discharge doesn't smell bad. Is there a treatment for this? Your answers are very much appreciated. # Swelling
