20 Weeks and No Heartbeat

I’m 20 weeks today . Went for my test and ADC doctor said there isn’t any heartbeat . 19th June, I have any appointments check and all good . Baby growing well . I have no bleeding or cramp or pain . Doctor give me 2 options. 1st is to take pills to remove the baby . 2nd is wait next week, see if any change. I choose second option . Anyone have faced this issue too ?

Oh mummy, I'm really sorry you're going through this. This one better not wait, please go for a second opinion at another hospital or A&E today itself, because at 20 weeks with no heartbeat, you need to be absolutely sure before making any decision. A lot can depend on dating, position, or even the machine, so another scan will give you clarity and peace of mind. Sending you strength through this really difficult time.
