Early pumping

Ay mama, 13 days pa lang kayo, better to consult your OB or midwife muna before pumping talaga, because your supply is still establishing and pumping too early can sometimes cause oversupply or engorgement issues na hassle. A few of us tried pumping right away and nahirapan kami, so siguro mas wise na focus muna sa direct latching para ma-regulate ang demand and supply mo properly. Once your doc gives the go-ahead (usually around 4-6 weeks when things stabilize), that's the best time to try renting pumps to see which one feels comfortable for you before going back to work.
